You will be required to complete a health questionnaire in order to use our services, if we have any concerns regarding the health information disclosed we will discuss these with you. In circumstances where, due to contraindications or our professional assessment, certain services are deemed not appropriate for you, we will work with you to propose alternative services that better suit your individual needs. - release and discharge Adapt Wellness from all claims arising from, or in connection with, the Child and the Adapt Wellness services;

Pricing, Payment, and Billing
The total cost of the services, including any applicable taxes and fees, will be presented at the time of order. We charge you when we accept your order, however, for some services we take payment at regular intervals or at another time, as explained to you during the order process. You pay us the interest together with any overdue amount.
We pass on increases in VAT
We are currently not VAT registered. If, in the future, we become VAT registered, this will be notified at the start of this document and/or on our website. If our services become subject to VAT and the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the service, we will adjust the rate of that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
We're not responsible for delays outside our control
If our supply of your service is delayed by an event outside our control known as “Force Majeure”, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won’t compensate you for the delay but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any services you have paid for in advance, but not received, less reasonable costs we have already incurred.
Customer Responsibilities
If we’ve asked you for information about you relating to the service you have requested, you’re responsible for making sure you provide us with that information and for ensuring that it is correct.
Failure to provide essential information, perform agreed preparatory work, install relevant technology for digital services, or create an account with our client management system may result in additional charges or us being unable to provide the services to you properly. For instance, if you do not create an account with the client management system we use, we will be unable to provide our services to you. We will not be responsible for any issues arising from such circumstances.
Your legal right to change your mind.
For most of our services purchased online, you have 14 days after the date we confirm your order to change your mind about a purchase, but:
- You lose the right to cancel any service, when it’s been completed (and you must pay for any services provided up the time you cancel). This could be, for example, where a digital session was made available to you immediately or you already undertook the services before the 14 day period expired; and
- You cannot cancel a booking for wellness activities and sessions booked for a specific date and time
How to let us know and what happens next.
If you change your mind, you need to contact us before the 14 days have expired. We refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you’ve changed your mind. We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don’t charge a fee for the refund.
Cancellation policy
Our policy is that no refunds are permitted outside of your statutory rights.
Our cancellation policy stipulates that if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, 50% of the charges will be levied, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to you or applied against future purchases. In the event that the cancellation notice period is not respected, or in the case of failures to attend, the full cost of the session will be charged. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and are sympathetic to individual circumstances.
If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact us to discuss our discretionary refund and reschedule policy.
